HOW TO BEGIN?
Before any service or treatment is provided, an overall assessment of your environment and needs is conducted. Your support worker will ask you what your concerns are, your goals and what you hope to achieve with us. Having an idea of what your goals is the first step to provide you with the right services and support. Your plan will be accessed and we will start the process in accessing the supports you require to meet your goals.
