FEES FOR YOUR HOME VISIT
Your NDIS plan and funding will have funds to help cover the services and supports provided to you from the comfort of your own home.
TRAVEL FEE
Travel fees are applicable to all home care visits. Travel fees are subject to change depending on your location and the type of service/treatment required. To find our how much your travel fee is, please check our service fees page and the NDIS price guide.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR HOME CARE VISITS?
Anyone is able to receives our NDIS services and supports are eligible for home visits under the NDIS.
PROFESSIONALISM AND STANDARDS
Disability Health Point provide comprehensive NDIS supports and services to those experiencing a disability across Sydney. We help by:
- Taking care of compliance requirements to ensure audit accreditation.
- Following strict infection control procedures including sterilised instruments for safe treatment and prevention of cross-contamination.
- Providing documentation including up to date NDIS worker’s screening checks, professional’s registration and insurance.
- Providing a support worker or worker who genuinely cares about your wellbeing.
