Disability Health Point is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider which aims to meet the needs of participants within the South Western Sydney areas.

We aim on treating our participants as individuals with unique needs, we care about what you need and aim to provide you the best disability services and support to help improve your quality of life and enjoy life at its fullest.We provide only the highest level and quality of care and supports to those who are experiencing a disability. We are able to provide services and supports to participants of all ages and abilities.

Disability Health Services first started out with the Director, who is a registered Podiatrist and owns her own Private Practice located in Sydney’s South Western Suburbs. Her and the staff have found a passion in providing supports and services to participants who are involved within the NDIS sector. The Director started Disability Health Point in hope of giving back to the community and providing empowerment to those who experience a disability.

Best Practice in NDIS

To ensure our services remain at the highest quality, our staff members consists of key people from various expertise, skills, and backgrounds.  All staff members have previous training and experience within the NDIS sector, effective communication skills, ongoing training, higher education qualifications and knowledge in the daily tasks and roles they undertake.

Disability Health Point ensures to only employ or contract staff based on their ability to be empathetic and provide efficient and satisfactory services to our participants. We undertake comprehensive worker’s screening and interviews before employing or contracting any of our staff members. This ensures that our Participants are well looked after and receive the care and support they need and deserve.

We have ensured that at Disability Health Point, we are able to provide the most common supports and services that participants require to ensure they are able to engage in their every day lives and improve their quality of life. This means participants can live their life to its fullest!

We take our time in addressing your goals and only offer thorough and detailed services and supports to address these goals. We are committed to excellence and our reputation for achieving satisfaction with our participants are highly trusted and sought after.
